Crack repair is by far the worst enemy of asphalt pavement and its substructure.

Crack repairs are not under warranty. Stuart Sealcoating, LLC cannot control the weather or the quality of the asphalt that was installed. This means that the freezing and the thawing of the subgrade will compromise the asphalt. Thus when cracks appear or reopen it is not a result of malfunction of material, but the result of weather or poor quality asphalt. Repairing cracks is not nor ever a permanent fix.

Therefore Stuart Sealcoating, LLC cannot be responsible for cracking of the driveway, nor the reopening of the cracks.

Sealcoating your asphalt is needed to protect asphalt from the elements of weather; (UV rays, extreme heat and winter) Sealcoating will improve the life of your asphalt by 3-5 years.

We use an environmentally friendly product called "Neyra". It is water based and we put it on your driveway exactly the way the supplier sells it to us. We do not water our sealer down. Sand is added to the sealer for better traction. Products are purchased locally as we also support local business.
